PA East Region 1 and 2 POC’s and members are pulling together CPT Administration Docs
CPT is focused on supporting our local civilian leaders, law enforcement, and military units in maintaining civil structures and services in a time of local or national emergency.
The PowerPoint provides a view of what CPT means.
SME’s are identified to head-up training for key areas such as training, communication, intel, medical, and logistics/supply. These groups will create their training programs to ensure consistency across county CPT teams. These teams will also provide a central clearing house function to support county CPT teams with cross county needs.
Having a chapter administration will provide the regions the ability to maintain organizational needs and shared information to ensure cross county needs can be met quickly and with known contacts to share support. Some of the high population areas will be essential support to the rural communities in resource capabilities while the less populated communities can share their open areas, abilities, and skills in essential training topics.
With the regions working together to form a common way of working, if a problem exists in one county we can provide mutual aid from other counties in communication, information, logistics, and medical to support our brothers in need.
Update from November 17 Meet up:
Regions 1 and 2 met together with 10 POC’s and members and chose up teams for the responsibility to build protocol and training for our CPTs.
• Klapton is heading up logistics
• Captain Chaos is heading up med
• Sequoia1 is building a training and cert matrix
• JJ1640 is heading up data analysis
• Joe is heading up comms

Each SME listed above has committed to use an available national standard to complete their work and pull in at least 3 more members to assist from the regions. From these teams we plan to spawn a CPT in each region to start with about 6 people (1/2 teams). If you would like to meet and participate in building these sections out and/OR becoming a CPT member with one of these roles please contact the lead.
We used the powerpoint pages on PAOathkeeper.org site to guide the discussion.
The next meeting is planned for December 7 hosted by SGT GUNNY KIMMEL and will be tracked on the forum at http://www.oathkeepers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=35051&page=4
